This flat has a large south facing window with incredible frontal sea views. And it is located right on Marbella’s promenade where you will have direct access to the beach.

You can relax in a spacious and bright living room with a modern and cosy decoration. In it there are two separate areas, the living area where you will find the sofa and television, and on the other side an area with two beds. In addition, you can enjoy the comfort of a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom.

It has 2 bedrooms (one closed and the other one inside the living room). The main bedroom has a double bed and ceiling fan.

Outside

The flat is located in one of the closest buildings to the sea in Marbella, the Eden Roc I building. This building has a shared swimming pool.

The building is located on the beachfront, with direct access to the beach and the promenade, where most of the restaurants and shops in the area are located.

Enjoy Marbella

The flat is located in the heart of Marbella, 2 minutes walk from the port, 10 minutes walk from the old town and 10 minutes drive from the flat.

And if you need to do your shopping, the Maskom or Supercor supermarket (400 m) is within walking distance of the flat. The Mercadona supermarket is 600 m from the flat.

The bakery Cripan is 5 minutes walk from the flat, where you can buy bread and pastries. On the promenade you have many restaurants and cafes for breakfast.
