We were a group of 3 couples plus 3 friends who spent a week in Rafa's apartment – and had the best time. The apartment is divided in two floors which makes it feel less crowded when there’s 9 people staying together. The view and location are perfect. Right by the beach, so many nice restaurants and a big pool area by the apartment building. Rafa responded quickly during our stay and made sure everything went well. Couldn’t be more satisfied! We would definitely stay here again.

Me and my girl friends had a fabulous stay at Rafael place. It was spotless, and very spacious. Perfect location, and the pool had plenty of sun beds. Rafael was extremely helpful, organizing transfers to and from the airport, and ensuring a smooth check-in process. We would definitely recommend this apartment; we thoroughly enjoyed it.

Rafa’s villa is the most beautiful villa that is directly in the centre of Marbella. The old town is a 5 minute walk away, any lovely restaurants or bars are also within 5 minute walk of the villa. Rafa kept in touch constantly making sure our stay was the best we could have had. Rafa has other great services that should be availed of such as a lovely bbq with all the guests. Thank you Rafa!

I can only recommend this apartment and the communication is super easy!! Apartment is very well located in the center of Marbella. We were 5 people and no problem of space as the apartment is quite big.

Rafael’s place is a gem of an apartment with a magnificent location in Marbella. The apartment has a beautiful outside area to chill and dine. The garden and pool are great and accessible to enjoy. Communication with Rafael was excellent throughout our stay offering help with anything we required. Absolutely what we needed for our break in Marbella.

The location is quite good (12 minutes walking to the city center and to the best and well known beaches of Marbella) and the villa is fitted with everything to make your stay with friends or with family perfect (we enjoyed a hot tub located in a garden´s sunny area, a football table, a pergola with beds and a very clean swimming pool). The villa is also very nice inside (as in the pictures) and the room located upstairs is simply stunning. I strongly recommend to sleep in that room if you are visiting this house.
