Enjoy Marbella

The flat is located in one of the most emblematic buildings in Marbella, the Skol building. It is located on the beachfront, with direct access to the promenade, where you will find most of the restaurants and shops in the area.

You will be less than 10 minutes walk from the Old Town. The port of Marbella is a 5 minute walk from the flat and Puerto Banus is a 10 minute drive away.

If you need to do your shopping, Maskom supermarket is 300 metres from the flat and Mercadona is 500 metres away.

Cripan cafe/bakery is a 5 minute walk from the flat, where you can buy bread and pastries.

A damage deposit of EUR 50 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed within 1 day of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full by bank transfer, subject to an inspection of the property.
