Welcome to our exclusive apartment in the heart of Marbella, nestled right on the Promenade. This south-facing gem offers stunning, unobstructed sea views. You’ll find yourself surrounded by the city’s amenities, including a variety of restaurants and shops. The marina is just a 5-minute stroll away, and the charming Old Town can be reached in under 15 minutes on foot.
Our apartment is situated on the first floor of the Larycorte building, a tranquil and iconic Marbella landmark. Enjoy the convenience of direct access to both the promenade and the beach.
Inside
Step into a spacious, sunlit living room that opens directly onto the terrace, offering breathtaking views of the sea and Marbella’s lovely promenade. The living room is divided into three distinct areas: a cozy lounge with a sofa, TV, and fireplace; a dining area; and a fully equipped kitchen.
The master bedroom is a bright and airy space featuring a double bed and an en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom is furnished with two single beds and has a separate bathroom with a luxurious double rain shower.
Our kitchen is outfitted with top-of-the-line Bosch appliances, including an oven, microwave, portable ceramic hob, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, and a Nescafé coffee machine. All necessary kitchen utensils are provided.
Terrace
The apartment boasts a large, south-facing terrace with panoramic views of the sea and Marbella’s promenade. The terrace is equipped with a dining area, perfect for al fresco meals.

Our apartment enjoys a prime beachfront location with direct access to the promenade, where you’ll find a plethora of restaurants and shops.

Dining and Shopping
Along the beach, you’ll discover Chiringuitos serving up delectable fish, seafood, and paella. We highly recommend Los Mellizos restaurant, located just a stone’s throw from the apartment, for their local dishes and extensive seafood and paella offerings.
A short 5-minute walk will take you to Lekune Tapas Restaurant, a renowned tapas and pintxos spot in Marbella.
Nearby supermarkets include Eroski (50 m away), Supercor, and Maskom (200 m away). Mercadona supermarket is located within 500-600 m of the apartment.
For fresh bread and pastries, Cripan cafeteria/bakery is just a 5-minute walk away. The promenade is also home to numerous restaurants and cafes where you can enjoy breakfast.
Activities
Take a leisurely walk from the apartment to Marbella’s Old Town and the picturesque Orange Square. The narrow streets of the Old Town are dotted with quaint shops, restaurants, and cafes.
Marbella’s Harbour is a mere 5-minute walk from the apartment.
A short 10-minute drive will take you to Puerto Banus harbour, one of the most luxurious spots on the Costa del Sol, lined with high-end boutiques such as Christian Dior, Gucci, Bvlgari, Versace, Dolce & Gabbana, and more.
If you enjoy long walks along the seashore, you’ll love exploring the promenade, which leads to many of Marbella’s interesting restaurants and bars. The promenade is conveniently located right in front of the building.
For those interested in boat trips, we offer boat charter experiences, with or without a captain. Spend a few hours or an entire day enjoying the sea and the views of Marbella. We have different rates depending on the boat and duration of the journey.
