Welcome to our amazing villa located in the heart of Marbella’s Golden Mile. This beautiful property offers a luxurious and convenient retreat, situated just a 10-minute walk from the beach and a short 5-minute drive to both Puerto Banus and Marbella center.
The villa is designed for comfort and style, spread across a single floor. It features a spacious living room with a cozy wood-burning fireplace, six bedrooms each with its own en-suite bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen.
Step outside and discover a tropical oasis within the villa’s grounds. The expansive garden spans approximately 500 square meters and boasts a private swimming pool, an outdoor heated Jacuzzi, a relaxing chill-out area with Shisha, and a barbecue area.
Inside the Villa
The villa offers six bedrooms, all thoughtfully designed with en-suite bathrooms. Among the bedrooms are four doubles (one with king size bed and the others three with 2 individuals beds in each) and two triples bedrooms. All the bedrooms have direct access to the garden and outdoor spaces.
The living room is spacious and bathed in natural light, featuring the inviting ambiance of a wood-burning fireplace. It opens directly to the pool and garden area.
Enjoy meals together in the indoor dining area, which comfortably accommodates up to 14 people. The fully equipped kitchen ensures all your culinary needs are met.
A guest toilet is conveniently located at the entrance.
Outside the Villa
Step into the meticulously maintained tropical garden, covering approximately 500 square meters. Take a dip in the outdoor swimming pool or unwind in the heated Jacuzzi. Relax on the sun loungers or gather around the outdoor dining table, which can seat up to 14 people.
Within the pool area, you’ll also find a cozy chill-out space furnished with comfortable sofas and a Shisha, perfect for enjoying quality time with friends and family.
And for those who appreciate a delicious barbecue, the villa provides a wood or charcoal barbecue setup in the garden.
