Enjoy a fully furnished two-storey villa without worries:

On the ground floor you have all the comforts to spend time together and relax. You can gather in front of the fireplace in the spacious and bright living room, play in the billiard room, prepare your favourite dishes in the fully equipped kitchen and eat together at the extendable table for 14 people. Relaxation and comfort are guaranteed in 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms (3 of them with en-suite bathrooms; two of them with shared bathrooms). In addition, there is a toilet at the entrance of the house.

On the upper floor is the suite bedroom with relaxing rain effect shower. The bedroom also has a sitting area, a terrace with table, sun loungers and views of the Marbella mountain.

Outside

From the living room you will have direct access to the relaxation and entertainment on a large terrace and tropical garden of 1.000 m2.

The terrace of the house has a wood or charcoal barbecue, wood oven, table for 14 people and table football to live unique moments.

In the pool area you will find a chill out area with sofas to relax and a Balinese bed.

In the garden you can also enjoy an outdoor heated jacuzzi for up to 7 people, our genuine Moroccan Haima and an outdoor gym. And you can even look out over a pond with fishes and turtles.

Enjoy Marbella

Don’t miss the opportunity to enjoy Marbella, as the villa is 10 minutes walk from the old town, 15 minutes walk from the beach and 10 minutes drive from Puerto Banus.

For shopping, in front of the villa there is a supermarket Dia less than 1 minute walk away.
